Southern New Hampshire University is hiring remotely in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, and Wyoming.

As an important member of the Staff Talent Acquisition Team, you would partner with business leaders to develop recruitment strategies to proactively source and attract top, diverse talent to our institution.

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Manage assigned requisitions and provide strategic support to hiring managers and search committees by driving the recruitment process.
  • Work with hiring managers to identify markets to proactively source passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust network and pipeline of candidates for key positions and continuously growing departments.
  • Develop effective job postings, conduct meaningful intake meetings, and facilitate an inclusive recruitment experience for candidates from initial screening through offer negotiation.
  • Build community and brand awareness by representing the university at virtual conferences or career fairs.

What we are looking for:

  • 1+ years’ experience in talent acquisition and full life cycle recruitment
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • Ability to effectively source passive candidates, build talent pools and learn new recruitment processes as well as technologies
