Job Overview

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Creation and maintenance of Concentrix “go-to-market ready” solution catalog content for use by our Sales Team
  • Creation, maintenance, and application of “Client Ready” presentations standards
  • Define, Manage and Create content to be presented to clients
  • Content to be set up in stages/categories for stage in Sales Process
  • Project Management
  • Identification and construction of highly relevant case studies
  • Storyboarding of customer journey “before and after” messaging that vividly illustrates the outcomes created via the combing of select products as part of a solution.


Candidate profile

  • Understanding of the Solutions Selling Process
  • Advanced verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Past Client Facing Experience is plus
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Advanced MS Office 365 skills
