The Clinical Coordinator will manage clinical site agreements, maintenance of documentation of student compliance with all school and agency requirements, preceptor documentation, and documentation for accreditation and regulatory needs.

Data responsibilities will include maintenance of multiple databases, building and maintaining student evaluation systems, credential files on site supervisors, the CEU tracking system, creating and distributing reports on sites, students, and completing projects for assessment and accreditation as well as maintaining the clinical documentation system.

The Clinical Coordinator position is primarily remote. Some travel may be required on a limited basis and occasional weekend events are required.

We seek someone with a Bachelor’s degree and highly developed oral and written communication skills. The selected individual must have strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite of products, as well as aptitude to learn databases and a demonstrated background in conducting internet-based research. The position requires someone with strong attention to detail, demonstrated active listening skills and process orientation who is flexible, can prioritize, multitask and manage several projects simultaneously in a time sensitive environment. Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively with multiple University departments and operate with a high degree of confidentiality.
