The Position: We’re looking for a part-time employee to help us onboard new clients, vendors, and employees.

Requirements:

  • College degree
  • No criminal background
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Excellent critical-thinking/decision-making skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn workflow management software quickly
  • Teaching/mentoring skills
  • Can gain the cooperation of diverse personality types
  • Thrives under pressure
  • Stable employment history; remained in previous roles for a minimum of 1 year

Responsibilities:

  • Provides second-level/advanced support for clients and employees
  • Supports new client onboarding process
  • Liaison for remote workers located all around North America and Asia
  • Supports business partners located around the world
