Responsibilities

Responsibility for the optimisation of advertising revenue yield on our global platform.

The candidate will be charged with devising and implementing strategy relating to optimising and maximising the revenue yield from advertising across our website including advertising sourcing, placement, identifying advertising type and expanding the breath of advertising options we use from direct Google Adsense place to direct advertising sales and sponsorship.

  • Setting overall multi-year, multi-region and multi-channel strategies for driving revenue growth
  • Management and optimisation of Google products adsense/DFP
  • Management and optimisation of other providers advertising platforms
  • Assessment, selection and management of third party advertising providers
  • Creating a strategy for effective in house advertising sales
  • Being part of the management team of a fast growing company with global dominance ambitions

Experience

  • The candidate will have considerable experience leading a global digital advertising role
  • Experience of various advertising products
  • Experience of yield management in numerous markets
  • Understanding of the strategies open to the company and the right time to implement each strategy
  • Experience of working within the natural conflicts of UX
