South Dakota Mines is seeking an Advance Project Coordinator. The Advance Project Coordinator is a part-time non benefited position. Supporting the project activities and deliverables for the NSF Advance grant will be the main goal of this position. Duties will include but are not limited to coordinating workshops, speaker series, task tracking, providing meeting summaries and action items, support for the Advocate group activities, website updates, scheduling, planning, and compiling report information. Opportunities will exist to travel to the Advance meetings and present about our project. This position will have a possibility of working remotely.

A graduate school degree (MS or PhD) in STEM or related field is required.
